Text

A.At an annual meeting the members shall elect a board of directors, and, where bylaws provide, a credit committee, and a supervisory committee. No member of the board shall be a member of either of the committees. All members of the board and committees and all officers hold their offices for such terms as are provided in the charter or bylaws.
B.Immediately following their election, and in every case before assuming the duties of their office the directors shall take an oath of office to discharge their duties as directors properly and conscientiously, which oath shall be entered into the minutes of the next regular or special meeting of the board of directors and shall be retained in the records of the credit union for examination by the commissioner.
