§1321. Conservatorships of savings banks The commissioner in his sole discretion may take custody of, and appoint a conservator for, the property, liabilities, books, records, business, and assets of every kind and character of any savings bank in accordance with the provisions of R.S. 6:381 et seq. Acts 1990, No. 816, §1, eff. Sept. 1, 1990.
