§1271. Amendment of articles A savings bank may amend and restate its articles of incorporation in accordance with the procedure set forth in Part III of Subchapter A of Chapter 3 of this Title. Acts 1990, No. 816, §1, eff. Sept. 1, 1990; Acts 2003, No. 577, §1, eff. June 27, 2003.
