Text
The governor may delegate in writing, whenever he determines the circumstances warrant, the authority granted in this Chapter to carry out precautionary measures to any agencies or persons he may designate or appoint for this purpose, or are designated or appointed pursuant to orders, rules, or regulations promulgated pursuant to this Chapter. The governor may modify or revoke this authority at any time.
