§ 51:775 — Penalties

Louisiana·Title 51 Trade and Commerce

§775. Penalties
A manufacturer that sells or offers for sale a cosmetic in violation of this Part
commits a civil violation punishable by a fine of not more than one thousand dollars for the
first day of each violation and an additional fine of five hundred dollars for each day that
each violation continues.
