§ 51:774 — Political subdivisions; prohibition

§774. Political subdivisions; prohibition
No parish or political subdivision of this state shall establish or continue any
prohibition on or relating to cosmetic animal testing, as defined in this Part, that is not
identical to the prohibitions set forth in this Part.
