§ 51:738 — Rulemaking

§738. Rulemaking
The commissioner of securities shall have the power to make such rules and
regulations in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act as he may deem necessary
to carry out the provisions of this Title, including the use of a senior-specific certification or
designation.
