§336. Violation by corporation; suit to oust corporation from all business in
state
Where a corporation has been convicted of a violation of the provisions
of this Subpart, and continues or attempts to do business thereafter in this state,
the Attorney General shall oust such corporation from all business of every
kind and character in Louisiana.
