§335. Violation by corporation; revocation of permit or license If any corporation, foreign or domestic, authorized to do business in this state, or any officer, agent, or receiver, of any such corporation, is guilty of unfair discrimination as defined by this Subpart, the Secretary of State shall immediately revoke the permit or license of such corporation to do business in this state.
