§334. Violation by corporation; investigation; proceedings to be instituted
If any complaint is made to the Secretary of State that any corporation,
authorized to do business in this state is guilty of unfair discrimination within
the terms of this Subpart, the Secretary of State shall refer the matter to the
Attorney General who shall examine into the complaint and if in his judgment
the facts justify it, shall institute proceedings against such corporation.
