§3274. Violations; civil remedies; penalties
A.A housing provider that violates the provisions of this Chapter shall be fined not
more than five hundred dollars per violation.
B.A tenant may bring a civil action against a housing provider in violation of the
provisions of this Chapter to enjoin further violation and recover penalties pursuant to
Subsection A of this Section.
C.The attorney general may bring an action against a housing provider in violation
of the provisions of this Chapter to seek injunctive relief and to impose penalties pursuant
to Subsection A of this Section.
