§2461. §2461. Application deadline
No new advance notifications under this Chapter shall be accepted by Louisiana
Economic Development after June 30, 2025. However, an employer that was approved by
the department to receive incentives under the program on or before June 30, 2025, shall
continue to receive incentives pursuant to the terms of its agreement with the state of
Louisiana as long as the employer retains its eligibility.
