§2370.29. Compliance during the grant agreement The office will conduct an implementation meeting with a grant recipient within thirty days of execution of a grant agreement and will make reporting templates and instructions available at or shortly after the implementation meeting. The office shall require that a grant recipient offer the proposed advertised minimum download and minimum upload speeds of one hundred Mbps download and twenty Mbps upload. A grant recipient that has offered broadband service to at least one thousand consumers for a period of at least five consecutive years shall offer broadband service at prices consistent with offers to consumers in other areas of the state.
