§1372. Definitions As used in this Chapter, the following terms have the meaning ascribed to them:
(1)"4.9 GHz band" means the fifty megahertz of spectrum in the 4940 to 4990
megahertz band.
(2)"Office" means the office under the direction of the executive director of
broadband development and connectivity.
