NOTE: §1364 eff. upon appropriation of funds sufficient to fully fund the office of broadband and connectivity. See Acts 2020, 2 nd Ex. Sess., No.
24.§1364. Contract authority
The office is hereby empowered to enter into any agreement or contract with any
persons or government agencies necessary or convenient to carry out the provisions of this
Chapter.
