§214.5.1. Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority Board A. The Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority Board is hereby created within the office of the governor. The board is hereby established, and shall exercise the powers and duties hereinafter set forth or otherwise provided by law. The provisions of R.S. 44:5(A) shall not be applicable to any activities or records of or pertaining to the authority. B. The Coastal Protection and Restoration Authority Board shall consist of the following members:

(1)Executive assistant to the governor for coastal activities.
(2)Secretary of the Department of Conservation and Energy or his designee.
(3)Secretary of the Department of Wildlife and Fisheries or his designee.
(4)Secretary of the Department of Environmental Quality or his design
