Text

The governing authority of any parish issuing its bonds under the provisions of this Sub-part may exercise all powers and enter into all contracts or agreements necessary or incidental to the execution of its powers under this Sub-part. The parish may exercise any powers conferred on it by acts of congress or of any adjoining state in which a portion of the bridge is located.
