§773. Appointment and term of board of commissioners The management and control of the district shall be vested in a board of commissioners composed of seven members:
(1)The secretary of the Department of Transportation and Development or his
designee.
(2)The president of each parish comprising the district or the president's designee.
(3)The governor shall appoint one resident of the district as a member who shall
serve at the pleasure of governor.
