§720. Disposal of immovable property by the governing authority of St. Tammany Parish
A.The governing authority of St. Tammany Parish shall not dispose of any
immovable property pursuant to this Part unless such property has been held by the
governing authority for at least ten years.
B.The disposition of any immovable property by the governing authority of St.
Tammany Parish pursuant to this Part shall not have the effect of denying access to such
property to any person.
