§2197. Electronic receipt Within a reasonable amount of time following the completion of a prearranged ride, a company shall transmit an electronic receipt to the rider on behalf of the driver. The receipt shall include all of the following:

(1)The origin and destination of the trip.
(2)The duration and distance of the trip.
(3)The total fare paid for the trip.
