Text

A.The department may enter into any agreements with the federal government or with any federal agency for the purpose of building or improving public highways, flight strips and public transportation facilities to the extent that the federal government or its agency is authorized by federal statutes to enter into such agreements, and with the same limitations.
B.The department may enter into agreements with federal agencies for the construction, operation, and maintenance of toll roads and toll bridges. It may negotiate loans from these agencies and provide the security therefor required by the federal agency. However, these projects shall be completely self-liquidating both as to cost of construction and as to cost of maintenance and operation during the term of any loan. The principal
