§9097. Sports wagering distributor; permit; fees A.

(1)The corporation may issue a sports wagering distributor permit to any suitable business or legal entity that markets, buys, sells, leases, services, or repairs sports wagering mechanisms in this state. No person shall market, buy, sell, lease, service, or repair a sports wagering mechanism without a valid permit.
(2)Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraph (1) of this Subsection, only distributors domiciled in Louisiana shall be issued a permit for the services of collection and repair of sports wagering mechanisms. B. Any contract between the corporation and a sports wagering distributor shall provide for access to the corporation of any information maintained by the distributor for verification of compliance with this Chapter. C.
