Text

A.The secretary of the Department of Public Safety and Corrections shall establish a military honor license plate to be known as the "Cold War Veteran" plate.
B.Upon application of a person showing reasonable proof of honorable service in the Armed Forces of the United States for no less than two years of active duty during the period September 2, 1945, to December 26, 1991, the secretary of the Department of Public Safety and Corrections shall issue a military honor license plate to be used in lieu of a regular motor vehicle registration plate. The license plate shall be restricted to use on passenger cars, pickup trucks, recreational vehicles, motorcycles, and vans.
