§463.4.4. Special prestige license plates; international symbol of accessibility

A.Upon request and if the applicant is eligible in accordance with the provisions of R.S. 47:463.4, any available special prestige license plate issued by the deputy secretary of the Department of Public Safety and Corrections, public safety services, may additionally bear the international symbol of accessibility.
B.The deputy secretary shall provide by rules and regulations for the implementation of this Section. Such rules and regulations shall be subject to oversight review conducted by the house and senate committees on transportation, highways and public works.
