A.

(1)The West Carroll Parish Police Jury is hereby authorized to levy and collect an additional one-half of one percent sales and use tax within the parish of West Carroll under the provisions of Article VI, Paragraph 29(B) of the Constitution of Louisiana, which shall be in addition to all other sales and use taxes which the police jury is authorized to levy and collect, including without limitations the taxes authorized by R.S. 47:338.54.
(2)Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, the West Carroll Parish Police Jury is hereby authorized to levy and collect an additional one-half of one percent sales and use tax within the parish of West Carroll under the provisions of Article VI, Paragraph 29(B) of the Constitution of Louisiana, which shall be in addition to all oth
