Text

A. The secretary is authorized to promulgate, make, and publish reasonable rules and regulations for the purpose of the proper administration and enforcement of this Part and the collection of revenues hereunder. Such rules and regulations shall not be inconsistent with the provisions of Title 47 or other laws or the Constitution of this state. Rules and regulations adopted and promulgated by the secretary in accordance with law shall have the full force and effect of law. B. To the extent not otherwise provided in this Part, any election under this Part shall be made at such time and in such manner as the secretary may prescribe by instructions, regulations, directions, or forms.
