Text

A. Except as otherwise provided in Subsection B of this Section, when a corporation is included with affiliates in a consolidated federal income tax return in accordance with federal law, the terms and provisions of this Part shall apply as if the corporation had been required to file an income tax return with the Internal Revenue Service on a separate corporation basis for the current and all prior taxable years, in accordance with federal law. Nothing in this Section shall be construed to allow a deduction for federal income tax on a separate corporation basis. B.
