Text

A. Any state agency may, with the approval of the Division of Administration, transfer to the department any portion of its appropriation that may be available for federal matching funds in accordance with any program established by the department for public welfare purposes. B.

(1)The funds collected or collectible during each fiscal year by the department under the authority of this Section from a state agency and the United States of America shall be deposited in a special account in the state treasury to the credit of the state agency that transferred a portion of its appropriation to the department for the purpose of seeking matching funds from the United States of America. The funds thus credited shall be available for use by the state agency for the purposes of:
