§2193. Civil fine Any motor vehicle manufacturer that is found to have violated R.S. 46:2192 shall be subject to a civil fine of ten thousand dollars per violation, not to exceed a sum of one million dollars. The attorney general may maintain a civil action in a court of competent jurisdiction to recover such fines.
