§2125. Evaluation; reports
A. Both the program created hereunder and the shelters it prescribes shall be
evaluated by the House and Senate committees on health and welfare at the end of the first
fiscal year of the program and at the end of each subsequent fiscal year during which the
program is continued. Such evaluation shall be designed to determine the effectiveness of
the program in achieving its objectives.
B. A report of the evaluation shall be made to the legislature upon which
recommendations for continued funding or termination of the program shall be based.
