§156. Supplementary assistance to persons who are aged, blind, or have disabilities

A.Any person who is aged, blind, or has a disability, within the meaning of Subchapter XVI of Chapter Seven of the Social Security Act, as amended, who, for the month of December, 1973, was a recipient of old age assistance, disability assistance, or aid to the needy blind, and is a recipient of supplemental security income under Subchapter XVI of Chapter Seven of the Social Security Act, as amended, shall be entitled to receive a monthly supplementary payment in the amount described in Subsection B of this Section, such payment to terminate the month in which such individual dies or the first month such individual ceases to be eligible for supplemental security income under Subchapter XVI of Chapter Seven
