§1433. Notification of location of missing or exploited child
A.The parent, guardian, or legal custodian responsible for notifying the
clearinghouse or a law enforcement agency of a missing or exploited child shall immediately
notify such agency or the clearinghouse of any child whose location has been determined.
B.Any law enforcement agency shall transmit information of the recovery of a
missing child to the clearinghouse, which shall maintain the information in the central
repository pursuant to R.S. 46:1431 and 1432.
