§1140. Repayment not required
Should full-time positions not be available within the hospital service district and the
hospital be unable to offer the scholarship recipient full-time employment within twelve
months of completion of his training, the scholarship shall be considered paid in full. No
payment on the principal of the scholarship, or the interest, shall be required while the
recipient is enrolled in nursing or allied health school.
