Text
When any order of the Louisiana Public Service Commission made and entered upon its records, under the jurisdiction and powers vested in it under this Chapter, shall be objected to by any party in interest, that party may, within three months after the order is made and becomes effective, and not thereafter, file in a court of competent jurisdiction at the domicile of the commission a petition setting forth the particular cause of objection to the order or regulation complained of. All such cases shall be tried in the same manner as ordinary civil cases and shall be given precedence over all other civil cases in that court, and shall be heard and determined as speedily as possible to the end that the public interests may not suffer by reason of such proceeding.
