Text
§370. Restricted application
Nothing in the provisions of this Sub-part shall be construed as giving
or affording evidence superior to titles, instruments, or other documents
restored or revived, after issue joined, under and by virtue of the provisions of
Subpart A of this Part.
The effect hereof shall be restricted to titles, instruments, or other
documents re-established or restored under and pursuant to the provisions of
R.S. 44:361 through R.S. 44:366.
