§ 44:184

Louisiana·Title 44 Public Records and Recorders
§184. Applicability of other laws All provisions of law providing for the registry and recordation of instruments affecting immovable property, the recordation of conventional mortgages, including a notice of security interest, and recordation of liens and privileges on movables and immovables, not in conflict herewith, shall be applicable to the clerk of court as parish recorder. Acts 2006, No. 621, §5, eff. June 23, 2006.
