§551. Final certificate and patent
Upon a full and complete compliance with all of the requirements of
this Subpart by the homesteader, or his legal representatives, the Register of
the State Land Office shall issue a final certificate, certifying that the
homesteader, or his legal representatives, are entitled to a patent for the land
so entered, and a patent therefor shall be accordingly issued and signed by the
governor and the register.
