§ 40:731

Louisiana·Title 40 Public Health and Safety
§731. Legislative intent It is the intent of the legislature to protect the public's health by establishing standards for bottled water and bottled water plants, water dealers, and water transportation vehicles or vessels to ensure that consumers who obtain water through such means are given appropriate information as to the nature of such water and that such consumers are assured that the water meets acceptable standards for human consumption.
