§681. License required for use of containers No person shall use or sell or transfer for use in the manufacturing, production, preparation, compounding, blending, or packing for sale, distribution, or transfer of a food, drug, or beverage any containers other than new containers unless he has been duly licensed by the Louisiana Department of Health, hereinafter referred to in this Part as the "department".
