§67. Persons over twelve years of age; establishment of birth record Any person born in Louisiana who is over twelve years of age and who has no birth record on file with the vital records registry may establish a birth record through the district courts of the various parishes of the state provided he cannot otherwise meet the requirements for obtaining a delayed birth registration.
