Text

A. Any petition for reinstatement of the owner's control and possession of the property filed pursuant to R.S. 40:600.41 shall:

(1)Include an agreement by the owner to complete the rehabilitation plan.
(2)Provide legally binding assurances that the owner will comply with all conditions of any grant or loan secured by the local governmental subdivision or repay those grants or loans in full, at the discretion of the maker of the loan or grant. B. If the requirements of the petition are met, the court shall reinstate the owner to possession, control, and use of the property.
