§ 40:463 — Grants, donations and contributions

A local housing authority may grant or otherwise agree to provide funds, property, or services to others, and to enter into arrangements involving the same, in such manner and amount as the authority may deem appropriate if the authority determines such action will benefit residents or other persons of eligible income, or will otherwise further the purposes of this Chapter; provided such expenditures, property or services are provided in accordance with law and for a public purpose.
