§ 40:2180 — Definitions

§2180. Definitions As used in this Part, the following terms shall have the following meanings, except when the context clearly indicates otherwise:
(1)"Department" means the Louisiana Department of Health.
(2)"ICF/DD" means an intermediate care facility for people with developmental
disabilities.
