§2120.67. Rules and regulations; licensing standards A. The department shall promulgate and publish rules, regulations, and licensing standards, in accordance with the Administrative Procedure Act, to provide for the licensure of PACE providers; to provide for the health, safety, welfare, well-being, and comfort of persons receiving services from PACE providers; and to provide for the safe operation and maintenance of PACE providers. B. The department shall promulgate and publish rules, regulations, and licensing standards, which shall include but are not limited to the following:

(1)Licensure application, renewal, and conversion, including forms, procedures, and requirements.
(2)Operational requirements.
(3)Provision of services.
(4)Practice standards to ensure quality of care.
