§1891. Application of Part This Part applies only to retail distributing systems, subject to the jurisdiction of the Louisiana Public Service Commission. Nothing in this Part applies to or affects:
(1)Gas transported out of the state.
(2)Gas transported in gas lines for industrial or commercial purposes or for re-sale.
(3)Liquefied petroleum gas.
