§1141. Recognition of Emergency Medical Services Personnel Licensure Interstate Compact (REPLICA); adoption The Recognition of Emergency Medical Services Personnel Licensure Interstate Compact (REPLICA) is hereby recognized and enacted into law and entered into by this state with all states legally joining therein in the form substantially as follows: In order to protect the public through verification of competency and ensure accountability for patient care related activities all states license emergency medical services (EMS) personnel, such as emergency medical technicians (EMTs), advanced EMTs, and paramedics.
