§737. Venue; trial de novo; appeals Notwithstanding any other provision of law to the contrary, the venue for judicial review or appeal from any administrative proceeding involving a charitable gaming licensee or license applicant or a petition for a stay as provided for in R.S. 49:978.1(C) or for recovery under R.S. 49:980 or other injunctive relief shall be the domicile of the licensee or applicant. The petition for judicial review or appeal from an administrative proceeding involving a licensee or licensee applicant under this Chapter shall be filed in the district court of the parish of the domicile of the licensee or applicant within sixty days of the mailing of the notice of the adverse administrative decision.
