Text

A.

(1)No person or other entity shall fabricate, concoct, or manufacture any supplies or equipment for use in the conduct of any game of chance authorized under this Chapter, including but not limited to bingo equipment and pull-tabs, within this state or for use within this state without having obtained a manufacturer's license from the office, as provided in R.S. 4:718. No manufacturer shall contract with a distributor, agree to, or otherwise perform any duty associated with the distribution of equipment or supplies.
(2)No person or other entity shall sell, offer for sale, or otherwise furnish any other person any supplies or equipment for use in the conduct of any game of chance authorized under this Chapter, including but not limited to bingo equipment and pull-tabs, without having ob
