Text

A.The office shall provide assistance to local law enforcement agencies in carrying out their responsibilities relative to enforcement of charitable gaming laws and regulations. Such assistance may include but shall not be limited to specialized training programs on such enforcement for local law enforcement personnel.
B.The office shall be responsible for educating the general public, particularly members of organizations which conduct charitable games of chance, with regard to the provisions of an interpretation of laws and regulations relative to charitable gaming. Such education may include but shall not be limited to training programs for licensees on such laws and regulations for the purpose of increasing their understanding of and compliance with statutory and regulatory requireme
