§3. Playing or singing of the national anthem at certain athletic contests
No competitive athletic event may be held in a venue, the construction, operation, or
maintenance of which is financed wholly or partially by the state or a political subdivision
of the state, unless the event is preceded by the playing or singing of the national anthem.
